In this work shop Renee will be teaching mindfulness techniques and yoga sharing everyday wellness practices as tools for life. Renee will be focusing on self love, self worth and self confidence.The the workshop will include:

This workshop is specifically designed for kids 4-8 years to build self-love, boost confidence, and nurture a grateful heart! Through playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and letting-go techniques, children will learn to connect with their inner strength, practice mindfulness, and develop positive self-awareness. This workshop will leave your child feeling calm, empowered, and ready to embrace each day with confidence and gratitude!
Don’t forget to wear comfy clothes for yoga, a bottle of water and a light blanket for relaxation.
