If you're looking for something for the kids to do over the holidays, come along to our Bully Defence Kids workshop. You are also welcome to bring a guest along free too.
Your child (3yrs+) will learn:
* Fun, easy, and non aggressive self-defence
* How bullies pick their victims
* How to handle bullies
* How to build self-esteem and confidence
* Situational awareness
* Protective behaviours
* How to protect themselves against bullies, physically and mentally.
No uniforms or previous martial arts experience are required.
Please note, while the workshop itself is free for members, there is a $25 booking bond. How does this work? If you attend the workshop you get a full refund of the bond. If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice you lose the bond fee. As we limit attendees, to make it fair for everyone, we want to make sure that no one misses out while others don't show up. Thanks for understanding.
ps even if your child has attended this event before, we would recommend coming again, these are vital skills that benefit from regular refreshing.
