School Dividends: Growing Gardens

UF/IFAS Extension in partnership with Seminole County Public Schools wants to train you to help in our many school gardens! This training is for Seminole County School Dividends Volunteers and will cover how to start and maintain a school garden.

If you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, and want to ensure that our kids know that a tomato doesn't just come from the store, come learn how you can help! We will be covering:

• Vegetable gardens
• Hydroponic Gardens
• Pollinator Gardens
• Seed Starting
• Natural Growing Practices
• .......and more!

F or those joining the in person class, there will be a chance afterwards to explore our demonstration gardens on property.
