In celebration of Oktoberfest, Danel Seiber returns for Schnitzel Night 2023 on Friday October 6th starting at 5pm!He'll be serving a single plate featuring his scrumptious Schnitzel (with the from-scratch homemade breading), homemade, mashed potatoes, and of course, sauerkraut!

WHAT IS SCHNITZEL?
Schnitzel is a thin slice of meat, usually that is pounded and the breaded before frying. While it can be made with veal, pork, chicken, mutton, beef, or turkey, Danel's is made with pork using the tradition German method. It is not spicy at all, and is served with lemon which is traditionally squeezed lightly over the schnitzel (but you can leave the lemon out if ya like).
