When we say we want to "bridge the gaps" in our community, we are talking about organizations exactly like Circle of Arms.
Most of us have been there—navigating the system and realizing that sometimes the biggest hurdles are the "small" things, like getting a ride to a procedure or finding a space where it’s okay to talk about the heavy stuff.
This month, I am so honored to welcome Larissa Martinez to our breakfast. Larissa is a USAF Veteran and the founder of Circle of Arms, a nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and providing the kind of "boots on the ground" support our Veterans and First Responders truly need.
From their COA PEERS transportation program to their Hiking Heroes outdoor events, Larissa and her team are doing the work to make sure no one walks their path alone. She’s going to share how they are filling the gaps in Military City USA and how we can better support one another.
Come as you are, bring a friend (remember our "plus one" goal for 2026!), and let’s start the morning with some good conversation and community.
Can’t wait to see you there!
Here are a few reminders:
1 RSVP is not required, but highly encouraged. It just helps give us an idea for planning. You can do it here or through the website rebel-llc.com/veteran-breakfast.
Our goal is to bring communities together. We hope you can join us!
