On June 11 at 6:00 PM, ANZU invites guests to an intimate evening of wine, culinary artistry, and thoughtful storytelling with Schermeister Winery.Hosted by celebrated winemaker Rob Schermeister, designer Laura Schermeister, and Chef Jason Francisco, the evening begins with an amuse-bouche reception before moving into a refined four-course seasonal dinner. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Schermeister’s limited-production wines, known for native fermentation, expressive character, layered aromatics, and beautifully balanced texture.
Featured wines include Rosé of Merlot, Salmon Vineyard Viognier, Laura’s Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
