Meet us at the lake in the middle of the Scenic for a guided tour of the day and night courses. You will hear (hopefully) helpful advise on all things Backyard Ultra related, such as pacing, nutrition, support crew, gear etc. etc. We will run at race pace which means we will walk the hills and try for about a 52 minute laps. Anyone can come along so if you are thinking about joining, come on down for a taste 😋
