New this year is the Scarecrow Stroll, a leisurely stroll through downtown Madison with no cars/trucks allowed. Put on a scarecrow costume and join us by walking, riding a golf cart, scooter, razor, wheelchair, bicycle/tricycle/unicycle, stilts, pull the kids in a wagon or push them in a stroller or let them drive their battery-powered vehicles. And don't forget the dogs! Awards will be presented for Best Costume, Best Group, Best Pet Costume, and Most Unusual Form of Transportation. Leading the Stroll will be Mississippi's most famous cartoonist, Marshall Ramsey - let's welcome him home! Joining in will be Ms. Rachel and Stitch (characters, not the real ones). And we can dance along with the fabulous music of the Mississippi Swing Brass Band!! The after-party will feature awards presentation, pumpkin painting, games, and refreshments.
