Christmas markets, Scandinavian café, bar, entertainment, raffle and more! Everyone welcome. Entry by donation.
Programme:
11 am Market stalls and café open
12 noon Christmas Folk Dances
12:30 pm Christmas Folk Dances*
1 pm Christmas Songs with The Swedish Choir
1:30 pm Christmas Ring Dances (everyone welcome to join in)*
2 pm Lucia Procession with The Swedish Choir
2:30 pm Folk Dancing (everyone welcome to join in)*
3 pm Raffle Draw
4 pm Market stalls and café close

As well as the entertainment, we have a great selection of stallholders with gifts, homewares and more. Most stalls take card payments but please note there is no ATM on site. Apart from the main hall, there will a community hub on the northern terrace - with more stalls, covered seating areas, an ice cream van and this year a bar serving beer, cider and wine!

The event runs for 5 hours and we recommend planning your visit - especially if you want to avoid the crowds. Although there is limited parking next to the venue itself, there are other options such as parking on the eastern side of Commonwealth Avenue and using the connecting pedestrian tunnel through to Albert Hall.
