You’re incorporated, now what? Morrison Foerster, in partnership with Bridge Bank and Escalon, is offering its ScaleUp Speaker Series in Austin, a complimentary ten-part series that provides a legal roadmap for entrepreneurs aiming to scale up their companies. This weekly seminar will arm you with the knowledge needed to manage the legal aspects of launching, funding, and growing a startup, as well as insights to help you avoid common mistakes. Lunch and parking are complimentary.
Note: This fall, weekly sessions run on Tuesdays.

- Common technology transactions including licensing of IP rights, SaaS agreements, patent licenses, university licenses, and data licenses
- Common IP issues in investments and M&A transactions

Complimentary parking is available in the 300 Colorado Street garage, with the entrance located at the corner of Colorado and Third Street. Note that although there is a sign at the top of the garage entrance ramp indicating "No Public Parking," it does not apply for this event. Please take a ticket, and we will validate it for you.
