Host: Richard Chance
Info: Richard Chance is a serial entrepreneur and educator with a passion for creating transformative growth in entrepreneurial ecosystems. In his role as Dean of Lifestyle & Community Learning at Tarrant County College, he oversees the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Corporate Solutions Group, leveraging his extensive leadership and operational experience to help entrepreneurs and small businesses thrive.
Richard’s background spans startup ideation, capital raise, and strategic partnerships, all of which inform his most recent endeavor: developing an Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Bootcamp and 3-day Accelerator. Through these programs, participants learn how to identify, acquire, and successfully scale existing businesses, an approach he champions as the most efficient path to entrepreneurship. He firmly believes in “buying then building” as a powerful strategy for sustainable growth.
