BISH & MAYUR PRESENT - SALSA, BACHATA & URBANKIZ - SBK SPRING FESTIVAL 14-16 March 2025 – Our 3rd ANNIVERSARYWho are Bish & Mayur?
Bish is originally from Nepal, and Mayur is from India, but both love living in Brighton. The reason is obvious: people in Brighton are incredibly friendly, especially our Latin dance community. Bish & Mayur are also the co-founders of La Escuela De Bachata (EDB Bachata School since 2017). They are like brothers and have known each other for almost a decade now. They share a strong passion for bachata dance and both tremendously love and care for the beautiful Brighton bachata dance community. Our community is known for its warmth and hospitality in the UK. We get tons of feedback saying they love the vibes at the Brighton festival. We want to confirm that it is because of the hundreds of people who are part of our Brighton bachata community. Shout out to all of them for just simply being awesome.
We are pleased to announce the 3RD EDITION of the SPRING FESTIVAL, 14 - 16 March 2025, in the colourful and vibrant city of Brighton.
WHERE IS BRIGHTON?
London by the sea, as people often say. Brighton is beautiful and welcoming, with all the famous tourist attractions within walking distance of each other, making it very easy to explore the city. These include The Royal Pavilion, The Brighton Pier, The Old Pier Ruins, The South Lanes, The North Lanes, the i360 tower, the seaside, and trendy and quirky cafés, bars, and restaurants galore!
How to reach Brighton?
Gatwick Airport is just 30 minutes away from Brighton by train.
What is this festival about?
• We listen to you and make changes to improve your experience.
• 50+ Workshops - Salsa, Bachata, Urbankiz, Musicality, footwork, and many more.
• Quality matters! All the full and day passes will be sold separately for leaders and followers.
• With an even number of leaders and followers, we want to ensure you receive quality classes.
• Top International and National Guest teachers and DJs.
• Bachata Footwork competition.
• Spectacular Shows & Animations.
• Bar serving wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks at reasonable prices.
• Building a bigger marquee this year to create our third room.
• Dance shoes & festival merchandise.
• Social until 6am.
• Food Trucks for lunch & dinner in our back garden.
VENUE: Brighthelm Centre —> North Rd BN1 1YD Just a 3-minute walk from Brighton train station! Brighton is the city where everything is within walking distance, and we are right in the heart of it. High Ceilings, Spacious dance floor, Fully functioning Ventilation system, Beautiful lighting. 3 rooms for workshops & 3 rooms for social Salsa, Bachata & Urbankiz.

• £149 at the door (subject to availability)
Tickets are limited - only 40 full passes will be released each month! Tickets cannot be refunded, but they can be transferred to another person for a £10 fee. Contact Bish or Mayur for transfers.
Wristbands: Must be worn at all times during the event.
GDPR Consent: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being included in promotional pictures. If you wish to opt out, speak to an organiser and fill out an opt-out form upon arrival.
