.
Paul has completed all of the fruit tree courses offered by Brighton Permaculture Trust, including pruning young fruit trees, renovating old fruit trees and fruit in small spaces. Paul currently works for BPT one day a week caring for three of their orchards, including the orchard which holds the National Fruit Collection of Sussex Heritage Variety Apples. Paul is also the practical tutor on a Food Forest Garden module at the University of Sussex. The rest of his time is spent working for private clients, sometimes planting and pruning for them and sometimes teaching one to one or small group. On a practical level he prunes about 400-500 fruit trees a year so you will be in very good hands
