For every word you swallowed.

There are things you stopped saying; to him, to her, to them, to yourself. The need you minimised, the boundary you softened, the feeling you made smaller so it would be easier to carry, or easier for someone else to be around. And somewhere along the way, swallowing your truth became so habitual that you stopped noticing you were doing it.

Gemini season asks us to find our voice. But before we can do that, we have to feel what it cost us to lose it.

This is a ritual evening for femme-presenting beings who are ready to stop swallowing their truth and start speaking it; to themselves first, and then, if they’re ready, to the world.

We’ll move through grounding and somatic movement to release what’s been held in the throat, the chest, the jaw, the places the body stores what the mouth never got to say. From there, breathwork to open what’s been kept closed, journalling to give words to what’s been wordless, and a sound bath and Reiki integration to let your nervous system settle into what’s just been uncovered.

You don’t need to have the words yet. You just need to be willing to find them.
