Join Bee and Heather for a guided two-hour experience focused on communication, clarity, and confident self-expression.
The throat chakra governs our voice — not just how we speak, but how we express truth, set boundaries, and show up authentically in the world. When this energy center is balanced, we communicate with confidence and compassion. When blocked, we may struggle to speak up, over-explain, or silence ourselves.
During this intentional workshop, Heather will guide discussion around the throat chakra, healthy boundaries, and what it means to truly use our voice.
As the conversation unfolds, Bee will guide everyone through building a beautiful blue throat chakra mocktail together. Each ingredient added to the drink will carry symbolism and intention connected to communication, truth, and expression.
As we build the mocktail step by step, we’ll connect the meaning behind each ingredient with the ideas being discussed — creating a tangible way to anchor the energy of the workshop into something meaningful.
At the end of the experience, we’ll raise our glasses and enjoy the mocktail together as a moment of intention for opening and strengthening the throat chakra.
Each attendee will also receive a blue sodalite crystal to take home — a small pocket stone to carry with you as a reminder of the class and of the power of speaking your truth.
After the workshop, attendees are invited to stay for private after-hours shopping inside Bee’s Emporium & Cafe in a relaxed, closed-to-the-public setting.
