Whether you're a cheese enthusiast, a home cook, or simply curious about how fresh mozzarella and burrata are made, this class is a fun, informative, and delicious experience.
What to Expect:
You’ll start by making your own mozzarella from scratch using high-quality milk, citric acid, and rennet. You'll stretch, knead, and form your cheese using traditional techniques, and then take it to the next level by turning fresh mozzarella into creamy, decadent burrata.
