Whether you’re lacing up for your first 5K or chasing a PR, this run club is about more than miles—it’s about momentum. We meet weekly to build cardio capacity, strengthen community, and challenge ourselves through consistent, low-impact aerobic training. Expect a mix of Zone 2 runs, light mobility prep, and optional post-run hangs.
