What is Style to Rescue You Ask?Well its an Event Created by a Wonderful Lady Jitka Krizo Averis �
The event Supports Several Uk Dog Rescue Organisations and Also 1 International Shelter. This Year �SAWA� Santorini Dogs North (UK) were Kindly invited to come and Represent Santorini Animal Welfare Association - SAWA
The Event works around a Style of Grooming Competition.
(Public Donations on Entry is Shared Between the Shelters)
The Dogs Attending are Either From the Shelter some are Disabled or Dogs Needing to be Groomed there Support one of the Animal Rescues.
Groomers Buy a Competitors Ticket sold in Febuary and on arrival they pick a random envelope.
Inside a note with a Dogs Name, Breed and Which Rescue They are Supporting.
(Each Dog Earns £5 from the Ticket for their Rescue)
Groomer & Dog are Judged on Handling Skills, Compassion and Styling.
1st Place Raises up to £600
Of Which a Supporting Dog Teddy Won this Year.
Hes was Groomed By Super Skilled Magdalena Germanska Who we are Very Greatful to Well Done Lovely ���
Charlie and Charlie also Supporting SAWA were groomed by Joanne Angus & Maxine Wright 3rd Placement £500 then 8th Place £80. So Greatful Thankyou Ladies ���
SAWA Had The Best Day of Donations from These Very Tallented and Caring Groomers.
Along with the SAWA Stall and Tombola near £2000 Was Raised! ��
There are Stalls and Traders there Also Raising Awerness and Extra Funds for their Shelters.
A Bake Off Comp and Model Dog Runs During the Day as Well as Auctions.
Leading Groomers in the industry give up their Time to Judge the Days Grooms and also give Talks in Paid Seminars (Donated also) for Groomers wanting to Improve their Handling, Styling or Canine Care Knowledge in General.
This Fun and Heart Warming Event
Is A Dog Lovers Perfect Day Out.
