As perfect Parisian street food or a flaming dessert finale, delicate crêpes are among the most versatile tricks in the French repertoire.  You'll discover why the batter needs to rest; test your skill as you produce a stack of these silky, delicate delights; and then roll and fold in a variety of fillings.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
