About this Event
The team, in collaboration with , invites you to our fifth event of the year!
Join us in person for an informative discussion led by our own Environmental Services Assistant, Nahi Arreola-Bittner, who formerly worked as a Milkweed and Monarch Technician with the Santa Monica Mountains Fund, on the role of milkweed and other native plants that support monarch conservation.
Participants will learn about the different types of Milkweed native to the region, best planting practices, and other native plants that coastal communities can plant to support monarch conservation.
This workshop is introductory, perfect for people who want to learn how to expand their garden to promote monarch conservation or are just interested in learning more.
