Bio: Formed in 2005, the Savi Fernandez Band has emerged as a genre-blending powerhouse from Orlando, FL, known for their dynamic fusion of soul, reggae, funk, and rock. Fronted by Savi Fernandez, the band has grown from humble beginnings into an international act with an electrifying live presence.
Savi’s musical journey began as a solo singer-songwriter, performing acoustic sets around Orlando and gaining recognition for his heartfelt lyrics and soulful voice. Over time, his sound evolved, drawing on a wider range of influences—especially reggae and funk—and leading him to form the band that would become known for their high-energy performances and infectious grooves. What started as intimate solo performances has now grown into a powerful live show that has taken the Savi Fernandez Band to stages around the world, from Costa Rica’s Best Festival to the British Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and beyond.
The band’s debut album, Sweet Butterfly (2012), captured their evolving sound, and their follow-up, From My Heart (2018), further showcased their growth as both musicians and storytellers. With a reputation for connecting deeply with audiences, the Savi Fernandez Band has become a fixture on major festival circuits, including Costa Rica’s Envision and Jungle Jam, and continues to expand their global reach.
