Savannah Breath Reset will celebrate its new studio home at 3301 Waters Avenue on Friday, June 12, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A formal ribbon cutting will take place at 12:00 p.m. Light snacks and refreshments will be served throughout.
Savannah Breath Reset offers functional breathwork — a research-backed, measurable approach to training the breath. Unlike yoga, meditation, or general wellness practices, functional breath training focuses on the mechanics of how breathing affects the nervous system, sleep, energy, recovery, and athletic performance. Savannah Breath Reset is founded by Chase Barber, a certified Oxygen Advantage® instructor.
The new studio space is home to weekly drop-in Stress Reset & Meditation Demystified classes, the 6-Week Breath Reset cohort program, 1:1 private sessions, and group experiences designed for couples, bridal parties, and corporate wellness teams.

- Take a free BOLT score assessment — a clinical measure of breathing efficiency
