Sauna Somatic Sessions (Contrast Therapy Class) @ ESTR Panama City
Ready to boost your well-being ? Sauna Somatic Sessions are a guided wellness experience designed to help the body relax, reset, and recover.
During the session, the facilitator will guide participants through gentle movement and simple breathing while in the sauna, followed by a brief cold plunge. The group will then return to the sauna and cold plunge again, allowing the body to experience the benefits of hot-and-cold contrast in a supportive, intentional way.
This experience is beginner-friendly and meant to be approached at each person’s own pace. Everything is optional—participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks, skip the cold plunge if needed, or step out at any time.
No prior experience with sauna, cold plunge, somatic movement, or breathwork is required.
This is a pop-up event for non-members to experience ESTR's Social Wellness Club amenities.
*** Please wear either a bathing suit/swim wear or workout clothes that are polyester (cotton is not allowed in the cold plunges because the fibers clog the drainage system)
