Get ready for our first ever pop-up at the beautiful Golden Gardens Park! Immerse yourself in Nordic bathing by combining our authentic wood-fired sauna with the invigorating (and chilly) waters of the Puget Sound. Alternate between hot, cold, and rest cycles while enjoying the fresh air and stunning views of the Olympics. Maybe some whale watching too?
Our sauna will be located on the south end of the park, beachside next to the walking path.
Community sauna sessions will be 50 minutes and are limited to 8 people per session. Tickets are required to reserve your sauna seat. Please be sure to bring a towel to sit on in the sauna, slip on shoes, water to stay hydrated, and warm clothes for afterwards.
