Annual Sauce and Meatball competition hosted by the Family of Saint Ubaldo.
Let’s kick off May in Jessup together while tasting the areas best sauce and meatballs!
We have local celebrity judges that will Judge for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The winner takes home a huge trophy to hold onto for the year!
People choice award will be picked by those who attend.
So how does this work?
If you wish to enter the competition please contact Ron Augelli on Facebook or call 570-851-7932. You will need to enter 60 meatballs and sauce in a full sized catering pan. You will receive one free ticket to the event per submission. The meatballs and sauce need to be dropped off prior to the event the day before. Arrangements will be made when contacted.
The competition is anonymous and will be numbered for tasters.
The price per ticket for tasters is $20 each and includes tasting of sauce and meatballs with light pasta and refreshments.
There will be a 50/50 ticket sale, basket raffles, and other prizes at the competition.
Capra Collina Winery will be onsite with adult beverages for sale. No outside Adult beverages allowed!
