Join us on Saturday's for a run to start your day. Come out to run or walk with us. We meet at 7:00 AM and set out for our run at 7:30 AM. Starting in April 2025 we meet at 6:30 AM and set out for our run at 7:00 AM. Prior to the run, we will do some stretching. Follow us on STRAVA so you can find our run routes there. THE RUN ROUTES AND MEETING LOCATION MAY CHANGE WEEKLY. Remember, whether you are walking, jogging, or an avid runner we welcome you. Your race, your pace.
