Saturday marks the global grand finale of the Apex Rising Stars Weekend — the official Apex Master Expo Awards Ceremony.It honors the best of the best from every Apex division worldwide — celebrating talent, innovation, business, film, and leadership in one unforgettable night.
The evening combines:
- A formal Gala Dinner
- Live international performances
- The prestigious Apex Master Expo Awards 2025
- And a spectacular Laser Show Finale, symbolizing unity, excellence, and light.
This night represents the highest Apex recognition for members, partners, and contributors across all continents.
Program
19:30 – 19:45 | Red Carpet & Welcome Drink Arrival, media wall photography, and elegant networking.
19:45 – 21:00 | Seated Gala Dinner A formal 3-course dinner with live background music and international guest networking.
21:00 – 23:15 | Awards Ceremony & Live Performances Presentation of the Apex Master Expo Awards with artistic highlights and keynote moments.
23:15 – 23:30 | Laser Show Finale A synchronized visual and musical performance — the signature Apex celebration of light, unity, and inspiration.(Optional fireworks addition for outdoor or resort venues.)

In the event of cancellation, participants will receive three (3) replacement tickets of their choice for upcoming Apex events of equal or lesser value. Replacement tickets must be used within 12 months from the original event date. No monetary refunds will be issued.
