Our Zumba Fitness classes are perfect for both women and men who want to stay active feel great and have fun – no previous experience required. You don’t need a background in dance or Zumba – just an open mind a bit of energy and a willingness to enjoy yourself!
Everyone is welcome – both new and returning participants!
Each of our energetic and joyful Zumba Fitness sessions lasts 90 minutes designed to strengthen your body mind and soul. The workout is well-rounded combining cardio endurance and relaxing stretches. This season we’re also welcoming special guest experts who will share tips and inspiration on nutrition stress management and overall well-being.
