Welcome to your SATURDAY WELLNESS RESET!

Come join us for a transformative retreat where we will focus on letting go of something specific and embracing the new. This in-person gathering will take place on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at 12:30-2:45 PM at 3100 Zuni Street.

Step into a 2 hour 15 minute experience designed to support your whole self. You’ll begin with a Reformer Pilates flow to strengthen and tone, then move into breathwork to release tension and reconnect with clarity. From there, acupuncture will help balance your energy and restore your nervous system, and the session closes with a deeply immersive sound bath to leave you grounded, calm, and nourished. This workshop is an invitation to reset your body, mind, and spirit in one seamless flow.

What to Wear

✔️ Comfortable workout clothes you can move in (capris, leggings, bike shorts, fitted tops)

✔️ Grip socks are required for safety on the reformer (you can purchase them in studio as well)

What to Bring

✔️ A water bottle to stay hydrated

✔️ A small towel if you like

👉 All equipment (reformers, mats, weights, props) is provided in-studio

-2 blankets

-yoga mat

-journal & pen

-EMPTY BELLY (eat 1-2 hours before)

-eye pillow/cover
