Join us for our Tri Training sessions in preparation for the 2026 KWT. Designed to build your skills and confidence, each session includes time in the water and will cover off different tri skills. These sessions are ideal for swimmers, swim bikers, and triathletes - no matter what you're tri'ing to achieve.
It's also a great chance to meet other like-minded wāhine to enjoy the journey together.

There are public toilets, changing facilities and parking next to the Waterfront Bar.
Keep an eye on the event pages for updates as to water conditions if the weather is bad. The sessions are likely to still go ahead but the if a swim is scheduled then that will be changed if need be.
