BUYERS: This event is free for the public but if you want to shop, you must park inside the theater parking lot. If you park out front and do not have anything to sell, you will be asked to move. We will remain open until 4pm or until all vendors sell out (which is what happened last month). We do not limit what can be bought or sold - ANY AND ALL ITEMS ARE WELCOME - However if it’s questionable, illegal, broken or sick, leave it at home. And as always safety is our priority but it is your responsibility, especially when animals are involed. Also, we will not close early, cancel or reschedule due to rain. If an all-day severe weather event rains on our parade, we will pick it back up on the second Saturday the following month.
SELLERS: We typically only take cash or card payments for registration fees in-person on the day of the event. Prices and availability may vary but we are happy to accommodate all vehicle types, provided you do not drive heavy vehicles into the grass, setup your stalls in the designated areas and can avoid the speaker poles as you make your way to the exit (not responsible for accidents or damages caused by careless drivers). Vendors can setup and leave at any time. Just pull into the circle and someone with a stack of registration forms will be there to guide you to the next available slot, assist with registration and answer any questions you may have.
If you’d like to reserve a spot in advance, send us an email (listed below) with your name, phone # and booth requirements and we will send a payment link, a registration packet and a site map the day before along with monthly reminders, updates and a chance to win freebies. We can also help you sell used cars or farming equipment. Email us in advance or reply here to get started. For any other inquiries simply shoot us an email at: [email protected]
This month's Deal of the Week: Registration for a 10x10 setup is FREE for all certified animal rescues, rehabs, or rehoming services. A waiver will still be required and you are responsible for their safety and the safety others.
Requested vendors for April: foods and baked goods, chicks and ducklings, feed tack, camping and fishing equipment. These needs are based off of quick selling items last month.
