All skill levels are welcome—whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying your first sun salutation!

? Good to Know!
Check-In: Please arrive early! Check-in and payment will be handled at the bar before class starts at 8:30 AM.
Don't Forget: Please bring your own yoga mat!
Kids: Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the yoga class.
Hydration: We'll have ice water towers available to fill up your bottles. Please only bring an empty reusable bottle (like a Tervis). No outside drinks are allowed.
