Step into your weekend with intention. Join me every Saturday at 9am, @the_studio_hull (HU8) for a dynamic, heated yoga class designed to awaken, energise, and restore.
We’ll move in a gently heated room (25°C), blending deep stretches with flowing sequences to build strength, release tension, and connect you back to your breath.
