Saturday Morning Stillness Practice
Guided Meditation • Sound Healing • Inner Calm
Do you wake up already feeling tense — your mind racing before the day even begins?
Between work, family, and endless to-dos, it can feel impossible to slow down or find a quiet moment just for yourself.
This gentle morning practice offers that sacred pause you’ve been craving.
Every Saturday at 8 AM, join us for an hour of stillness, guided meditation, and sound healing — a peaceful reset for your body, mind, and spirit.
Through soft guidance and soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls, you’ll release tension, calm the nervous system, and return home to inner peace.
What You’ll Experience:
- Gentle grounding and breath awareness
- Guided stillness meditation to quiet the mind
- Sound healing with gong, bowls, chimes, and gentle drum
- Reflection and integration time
Who It’s For:
Anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or longing for a slower rhythm and deeper connection within.
Beginners are always welcome — no prior meditation experience needed.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat or meditation cushion are provided , bring yourself a blanket or shawl, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. ( tea provided after )
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle into the calm atmosphere.

Ongoing Weekly Practice
This class runs every Saturday at 8:00 AM as part of our ongoing mindfulness and sound healing series.
Come as often as you wish — stillness deepens with practice.
One hour a week to reset, realign, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
Drop-in $20 per class | 4-Class Pass $72 | 8-Class Pass $128
Packages encourage commitment and deepen your meditation journey.
All passes valid for consecutive Saturdays; limited to 6 participants per class.
