About this Event
Come attend a sound bath meditation facilitated by Andie Hale, a transgender (male to female) clinical counsellor, with additional training in Sound Bath facilitation. All bodies are genders are welcome to attend, as the event will be LGBTQ friendly.
The event will include a brief period for introductions and intention setting (it is optional to share/speak), before shifting into a quick exercise to get participants in their bodies. This is usually a quick exercise of guided movements or breath.
After this, participants will settle and get comfortable in their spaces as the sound bath will begin. Instruments that can be expected to played/heard include:
- sound bowls
- flute
- ocean drum
- thunder drum
- pulse/wah wah tubes
- chimes
Please bring a yoga mat (the space does not have spares unfortunately), and whatever else may assist you in getting comfortable (blanket, pillow, water bottle) as participants generally lie on their backs for the duration of an event such as this.
