Laugh twice as hard than ever before! Saturday Splits brings together four of Lisbon's best comedians with one mission. TO HAVE YOU IN SPLITS!
The comedians will do longer sets during this split bill so that you can get to know them better and they can get deeper into their material. This is why unlike our other shows we limit this show to 3-4 comedians.
Bringing the Irish craic to Lisbon, Jenny shares tales of dating fails, her rapidly vanishing attention span & stories that'll make you believe in star signs.
Hugo debuted as a comedian in 2019 and is a frequent presence in shows in English and Portuguese. As a comedian he is eclectic and seeks to connect with the public with the ridiculousness of everyday life and the search for new themes. He is absolutely perfect, although he is too humble in his self-description.
After performing all over the US for over two decades Dan Burt brings his unique outlook on life to Portugal. Dan's stand up covers everything from marriage to having a kid to mental health, oh and a fantastic cat impression. Come see the comedy that got him an audition for Saturday Night Live.
Ash will host the show and bring these comics on to the stage while creating an entertaining and fun night for all of you!

Comedy is the best ice breaker, especially if you're new in town. So join us for a great evening of fun and maybe you'll even make some new friends for life.
Doors open at 8.30PM. Come enjoy some drinks! The show starts at 9PM so please be comfortably seated by then, drinks in hand.
The schedule is kind of like this:
8.30PM - Doors open and we start serving drinks and snacks
9.00PM - Comedy show starts
9.45PM - Short break, drink refill, perhaps a sneaky quick snack.
10.30PM - Show ends and there is time for more drinks, laughter, and merry making!

The venue (Selva Comedy Cafe) will serve craft beer, wine, cocktails (espresso martini, g&t, lisbon mule, etc.), Why Not organic sodas, kombucha, and some light snacks!
How it works: Please register to reserve your spot through Eventbrite and arrive by 8.30PM. We have VERY limited seating so it's best to reserve your spot and arrive on time! We hold your reservation until 8.45PM.

PS: This event is for attendees ages 15 and over. A lot of the jokes and content are adult themed. Since this is a performance art event, please don't bring your babies or dogs to it unless they can stay quiet while the performances are taking place.
