Join Rose for a guided Sound Bath Meditation on a Saturday afternoon.

1:11pm start, please arrive to settle in by 12:45, 1:00 at latest

We’ll begin by arriving together with a few grounding breaths, creating space for presence and ease. From there, you’ll be gently guided through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, vocal tones, and more—welcoming everyone into a state of deep rest, balance, and inner harmony.

No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow the sound to support you.

All ages, open floor, bring cushions/yoga mats/blankets/quiet snacks

The music experience will start around 1:11pm once most people are settled in and runs for about an hour

Everyone attending will need to be able to be very quiet or may be asked to depart, thank you for understanding the needs of this event

Feel free to take time after to integrate, move, stretch, or talk quietly with others who also desire social.

Please be mindful of the calm quiet energy after the sound bath and don't disrupt others with loud conversation. Thank you

• Fremont Abbey is ADA accessible on either level.
• Chairs available in lobby if needed
• Some yoga mats may be available at the Abbey, we recommend bringing your own mat/cushion and pillow/blanket
• Please remove your shoes in the lobby
• Restrooms are across Hall through door to left, 1 gender neutral restroom on main 2nd floor and 2 other larger restrooms on lower floor via stairs
• To respect the performing artists and your fellow attendees, please refrain from talking during the quieter performances. Those unable to adhere to this guideline may be asked to leave (no refunds).
• No photos & video during the show so as to not distract other attendees from the experience.
• No professional cameras or cameras with shutters allowed in the venue
• We are an all ages venue. Kids 10 & under are free at Abbey Arts concerts & arts events unless noted. Program content may vary, please use your own discretion.
