Saturday Somatics: Regulation & Resilience

A 90-Minute Nervous System WorkshopIn a world that moves fast and asks a lot of us, many of us find ourselves living in cycles of stress, overwhelm, or emotional shutdown without fully understanding why.

Regulation & Resilience is a gentle, educational, and deeply restorative Somatic Saturday designed to help you understand what’s happening in your brain and body — and how to return to a grounded, centered state.

This workshop blends nervous system education with experiential somatic practices, offering practical tools you can use in everyday life when stress or activation arises.

Together, we’ll explore breathwork, body awareness, and simple grounding techniques to support your nervous system in finding balance. The session will close with a deeply calming 30-minute sound bath, allowing the body to integrate, soften, and settle into a state of restoration.
