On Saturday, March 21, we’ll be hosting a special tasting of 4 New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, all from the same vineyard, but each with a very different flavor profile.
Come learn about how the location of where a grape is grown and how it is made can dramatically influence the final product. From light and minerally (grown on the water) to kicky and spicy (you heard that right, taste the jalapeno!) to rich tropical notes and a full-bodied Sancerre style.
