Cacao. Sound. Stillness. A Saturday morning reset for the soul.
About this Event

Begin your weekend with a heart-opening cacao ritual and soothing sound bath in the tranquil morning light of Soma HŌṃe.

Saturday Sanctum offers the space to slow down, reset, and recharge after a busy week — an invitation to relax, reflect, and reconnect with the quiet rhythm of your own being.

We open with a cup of velvety cacao infused with turmeric, cardamom, and orange zest — a heart-opening elixir to accompany a guided meditation that invites you to turn inward, soften into presence, and connect with your intention.

After the cacao, you’re invited to lie back and bathe in the harmonic resonance of Tibetan bowls, alchemy crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, light percussion, and gentle ambient tones — all woven into a soft yet evocative soundscape that soothes the nervous system, invites emotional release, and restores inner balance and clarity.

May you leave feeling refreshed and centered — ready to move into your weekend with a clear mind and an open heart.

Your Facilitator

Emma is a creative sound healer, devoted to creating sacred spaces where vibration becomes medicine for the body, mind, and spirit. Believing that sound is the language of the soul, she harnesses its power to invite others inward — to feel and release what longs to be felt, to know themselves more deeply, and to return to a state of inner harmony, coherence, and peace.
