Dance is where the mind can switch off and the body can lead the way. An evening dedicated to rhythmic music that keeps you wanting to lose yourself in the songs all night long.
This is an evening for dancing, connection, and expression in an intentional way. No more needing to go to a club as an excuse to dance.
Taking place at a beautiful candlelit Shala, with DJ Hosts who take inspiration from 7 years living in Europe and 17 years as a professional dancer. The music will take you on a journey that allows you to move and express yourself in a way that your body can’t help but enjoy. No performance, no steps to follow, just dancing however feels best to you.
Taking place the first Saturday of every month, with a cacao opening ceremony and sound healing to round it off - join us for an evening dedicated to movement and connection.
