It's always a hot and spicy morning when we run the Neuse River Trail from Anderson Point Park! Join us this Saturday at 6:50 am to warm up, 7:00 for introductions, 7:05 out the door. Run as far and as fast as you like, all are welcome! We also will grab breakfast after for all interested.we will meet at the parking lot off of the traffic circle (so go over the bridge into the park to park!)
