Saturday Morning Rest & Restore guided by Lakia is a trauma-informed restorative yoga experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through supported poses, gentle breathwork, mindful stillness, and reflective journaling, this class creates space for nervous system regulation, deep rest, and intentional healing.
Perfect for beginners and anyone navigating stress, burnout, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue, this practice offers a safe and supportive environment where choice, comfort, and accessibility are prioritized. No yoga experience is needed, and props are provided (you may also bring your own mat).
Each session is designed to help you release tension, calm the body and mind, and return to yourself with greater clarity and ease.
Ample parking is available in the rear of the building near the entry door.
