This 90-minute sound healing experience will focus on:
• Releasing shadow triggers that have recently surfaced
• Recalibrating the nervous system after emotional or energetic intensity
• Clearing residual stress from the body and field
• Restoring balance, clarity, and grounded presence
Sound supports the body in releasing what the mind no longer needs to carry. You don’t have to analyze or revisit the story—just allow the body to soften and reset.
This is not a deep dive into processing.
It’s a gentle clearing and energetic realignment, designed to help you move into the weekend feeling lighter, steadier, and more centered.
