With soon to come cold plunges, infrared sauna, restorative yoga and more, as we are getting creative in the back

Raw & Juicy Yoga Program:

Starting March 8th, meeting 3 times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 8pm-9am through October 31.

Raw and Juicy Vinyasa Yoga:

This is an Open level, dynamic flow based yoga class filled with love in our Backyard of Love. Our teachers are very well versed & have served their communities for years. Expect positivity and community oriented play, an overall invigorating and well balanced class for the health of the body, creativity, challenge and therapeutically benefited movements linked by breath and loving awareness. This class will close with relaxation, breath and/or meditation.

We will offer peak poses, modifications, and awareness to varying levels, along with the joy, music and celebration of nature in our surroundings.

What is provided:

Yoga mats, blocks, large ground covering, music, water, epic company

Weather/Refund Policy:

If circumstances are out of our control, such as weather, we will email you if you have registered to let you know class has been postponed.

Due to weather, all classes are non-refundable yet are transferrable to another class.

*Note- children or family may come to the cafe while you do yoga as long as you are able to walk a child that is disruptive away for the quiant yoga setting as to keep a focused, mindful space!
