Every Saturday morning at 9.45am I will be running Fit Fusion classes.These sessions are suitable for all ages 11+ and all fitness levels.
They will change week to week to keep things fun and varied.
But we will try to cover strength, cardio, mobility, balance, coordination, core as well as sometimes boxing and games… but always aiming to make movement FUN!
The first Saturday of every month will be FREE!
At the beginning of the year I was offering free monthly bootcamps that dropped off a bit during winter whilst it was cold. Hopefully by making it a regular time each week and each month we can keep the consistency going!
Sessions are $20 casually or purchase a 10 pass up front for $150 (12 months to use it)
And then of course once a month you get to workout for FREE
This is my way to give back to the community in the best way I know how.. by sharing my love of movement.
