On selected Saturday nights from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, enjoy the smooth sounds of live jazz while you dine—or swing by later for cocktails and supper at the bar.

Led by Bordeaux-born Executive Chef Hervé Borghini, 's dinner menu is a love letter to European bistro classics, featuring his signature dishes, such as Steak Frites and our iconic flaming Bombe Alaska.

As the night unfolds, transforms into a moody haunt. Guests are invited to descend beneath Bourke Street via the iconic Art Deco staircase to uncover a dimly lit, underground cocktail bar and lounge where classic drinks are reimagined. Sip on a Sparkling Kir Royale while snacking on a newly launched supper menu of seasonal oysters, frites, terrines, and more—ideal for those who aren’t quite ready to call it a night.
