Saturday Live Jazz Dinner Show at Le Méridien Melbourne

Step beneath Bourke Street and into one of Melbourne’s most atmospheric restaurants and cocktail bars. On selected Saturday nights from 7 PM to 10 PM at , dinner, cocktails and late-night supper unfold to a soundtrack curated by some of the city’s best live jazz acts.

These evenings are social, energetic and unapologetically late. Expect a full room, a lively crowd and a late finish.

Led by Bordeaux-born Executive Chef Hervé Borghini, whose career includes training in Michelin-star kitchens along the Côte d’Azur, menu is a love letter to European bistro classics. Signature dishes include his Confit Duck, prepared from a family recipe passed down through generations, alongside cult favourites such as Steak Frites and the iconic, flaming Bombe Alaska, which sells out nightly.

As the night carries on, supper becomes the focus. has built a loyal following who know this is where evenings tend to stretch. Late-night plates arrive at an unhurried pace, from seasonal oysters, crisp frites and terrines to a Champagne & Caviar service that’s become a quiet signature. Served with warm blinis, lightly whipped crème fraîche and chives, it’s offered in approachable portions and priced to encourage spontaneity.
