In this course, we’ll explore the teachings of Buddhism, focusing on the art of letting go and dive into practices that help release what no longer serves us—whether it’s negative thoughts, old grudges, or even just the chaos of our busy lives. Through guided meditation, discussions, and practical instructions, we’ll learn to cultivate a sense of joy and lightness.
