Expect a fun, coached workout suitable for all fitness levels. UBX is known for its fast-paced boxing and strength circuits, so you’ll be moving, rotating, and naturally meeting people as you go.
No awkward standing around. Just good vibes, partner moments, and a little healthy competition to break the ice.
After we sweat it out, stick around to mingle and ride the post-workout high. Boxing glow hits different when everyone’s single.
